The $125 prepayment covers your base medical exam / office visit and reserves your appointment time. Any additional treatment or procedure fees are quoted and paid in person at your visit — never online.

No. United Foot & Leg is a concierge / direct-pay practice — no insurance referrals, approvals, or authorizations. We accept cash, HSA, credit cards, Stripe, and Zelle.

Are same-day appointments available?

Yes, same-day appointments are often available. Choose the earliest open time on the booking form, or text 678-694-1234 if you need help finding a slot.

What if I need to change my appointment?

Text us at 678-694-1234 and we will help you move your visit. Please note that all bookings are non-refundable.

Can I bring a family member or child?

Absolutely — family members are welcome. Children and adults are both treated at the practice.
