By using unitedfootandleg.com or booking an appointment with United Foot & Leg, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Medical care and no emergency service

This website lets you request appointments, learn about our services, and prepay your office visit. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and no doctor-patient relationship is created by using the site — it is created when you are seen in the office. This website is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, severe pain, an infection with fever, or a serious injury, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Appointments and payment

Appointments are reserved by prepaying the $125 base medical exam / office visit online through our payment processor, Stripe. Same-day appointments are often available but are not guaranteed. The base visit fee covers your examination, diagnosis, and treatment plan; any additional procedure is quoted and paid separately in the office at the time of your visit. We accept cash, HSA funds, credit cards, Stripe, and Zelle. We are a direct-pay practice and do not bill insurance.

Cancellations and non-refundable bookings

All online bookings are non-refundable. If you need to change your appointment, text us at 678-694-1234 and we will do our best to reschedule you; the prepaid amount is applied to your rescheduled visit. Repeated no-shows may be asked to prepay future visits in full.
