Information we collect

Booking information. When you request an appointment we collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred appointment date and time, the service you are seeking, and any notes you provide about your condition. We use this information solely to schedule your visit, communicate with you about it, and add it to our practice calendar.

Payment information. Online prepayments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe provides us only your email, the amount, and the payment status, which we use to confirm and reconcile your appointment.

Website usage data. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information (pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type) for security and to understand how the site is used. We use analytics and conversion measurement tools, including Google Ads, to measure how well our site meets patient needs.

How we share information

We share your booking details only with the service providers that make your appointment possible: our scheduling calendar system (Wix Bookings) and our payment processor (Stripe). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your health notes with any advertiser. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Marketing communications

We may measure aggregate advertising performance (for example, whether an ad led to a booking) using privacy-safe event tracking. We do not send marketing text messages or emails without your consent, and you can opt out of any message by replying to it.

Data retention and security

We keep booking and payment records only as long as needed for scheduling, accounting, and legal requirements, and we store them with industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we protect your data in transmission with HTTPS.

Your choices

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by texting 678-694-1234 or emailing jfootdoc@hotmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to medical-record retention laws that apply to treatment records.
