Refund & Cancellation Policy

United Foot & Leg is a concierge, direct-pay practice. To keep our prices flat and same-day availability real, we hold your appointment time exclusively for you — which is why bookings work the way they do below.

Online bookings are non-refundable

The $125 base medical exam / office visit is prepaid online to reserve your appointment time, and all online bookings are non-refundable. This is stated before checkout, at checkout, and on your confirmation.

Rescheduling instead of refunding

Plans change, and we would rather see you than keep your fee. Text us at 678-694-1234 and we will reschedule you; your prepaid $125 moves with you to the new appointment time at no extra charge. Please give as much notice as you can so another patient can use the original slot.

What the prepayment covers

The $125 covers your comprehensive foot and ankle examination, diagnosis, and treatment plan. It is a medical exam fee — not a charge for a specific outcome. Additional procedures (for example, ingrown toenail removal or wart treatment) are quoted before they are performed and are paid in the office at the time of your visit, never online.

If we cancel

If we must cancel or move your appointment for any reason on our side — illness, emergency, or schedule change — your prepayment is applied to the next available time that works for you, or refunded at your request if we cannot find a time that suits you.

Payment methods and receipts

Online prepayments are processed securely by Stripe. In-office payments may be made by cash, HSA or FSA funds, credit card, or Zelle. If you need a receipt for HSA/FSA submission or out-of-network insurance reimbursement, text 678-694-1234 and we will provide one.
