Direct-pay pricing

United Foot & Leg is a concierge / direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance, HMOs, or government programs. Your $125 base medical exam / office visit is prepaid online when you book and covers the examination and treatment plan. All additional treatment and procedure fees are quoted in person and paid at your visit — never online. We accept cash, HSA, credit cards, Stripe, and Zelle. Because we do not participate with insurance plans, we do not submit claims on your behalf; if your plan offers out-of-network benefits, you may submit your receipt to your insurer directly.

All online bookings are non-refundable.

Booking & cancellation policy

Appointments are reserved on a prepaid basis. If you need to change your appointment, text us at 678-694-1234 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Same-day appointments are offered when available and are subject to schedule capacity.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe; your payment details are never stored on this website. We do not sell your personal information. Our website uses standard analytics and advertising cookies to measure site performance and advertising effectiveness.
